Premium Onboarding is designed for new customers using HubSpot software for the first time. Our customers enjoy our assistance with data migration, best practices around lead qualification, sales alignment with marketing and so much more.

At Lean Labs we believe that you shouldn't allow minor execution on major things. The platform that runs your sales & marketing is a major thing.

Premium 4 Phase Onboarding.

We've strategically structured our premium onboarding to get you up and running on HubSpot fast. However, we know different teams are at different stages of readiness for the move.

So while we plan to be complete within 6 weeks of starting, we're able to extend it to a pace that helps you better adopt the platform. We'll schedule a kick-off call where we can learn more about your organization and customize the timeline to fit your needs.

Our onboarding process includes an extensive workbook so we can capture and monitor progress while providing additional resources along the way.

Initial Assessment

Phase 1 is all about ensuring we have a plan for implementation. Without mapping out the path, you're not going to reach the target. This phase begins with the introductory call with our team and ends when we have all set up tasks planned and assigned.
